We had some issues which took some time addressing because Chad was on vacation during the time we rented the RV; however, everything worked out and he even returned our Apple TV remote that we forgot in the RV!

We rented an RV for a baseball tournament and camping and we were very happy with the service and the rates that El Cajon RV Rental provided. The RV was clean and Chad explained the whole process and aspect to the rental and how to operate everything with the RV. Will definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with El Cajon RV for our first camping trip with a baby. They had delivered and setup the trailer by the time we got there so everything was ready to go for us. Very easy to work with and very accommodating! We will be using them again.

The trailer was very clean. Customer service was great, very professional. Was given tour and on how to use everything. Towed easily with a 1/2 ton pick up. Already booked again for next camping trip.

Chad was very friendly and easy to work with. I rented a trailer a few months ago to take to the desert. Chad was able to hook me up with a load leveling hitch and generator. Everything worked great. The "out the door" cost was much lower than other trailer rental businesses. Chad also provided insurance, which can be a hassle at other places. I would definitely rent again.

My experience whit this company was terrible me and my friends did a reservation for 5 days to glamiss, we were supposed to get the rv in the morning and until we got it it was 4pm they ware unprofessional the generator that they give us didn't work most of the time , and they didn't say in the phone that except the money that they charge on the camper they are going to take money on the gasoline of the generator, the propane of the camper, and the cleaning... they took advantage of that that we are tourist and English is our second language and I don't think that they are honest people, and I recommend to rent a rv from another company because they destroyed our experience.
