A $500 to $1,000 refundable rental deposit (minus processing fees) is required to confirm reservation. Reservation deposit is refundable upon completion of rental after clear damage inspection. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Deposits on canceled reservations can be used towards future rental dates.

Renter needs to provide an insurance binder from their auto insurance company prior to rental. This is usually provided quickly, easily and at no cost free by your insurance company.

All rentals must be paid in full upon departure or be subject to cancellation.

Call us 24 hours prior to departure to confirm a time for your departure appointment. Standard times for departure appointments are scheduled from 11 am – 5 pm subject to coach availability. Each renter will receive a one-hour familiarization of the rental including an operation of all onboard systems. A detailed written inspection of the rental will also be done with the renter prior to departure.

Your rental is due back by 12 noon on the return date. Late returns can be requested and we are happy to accommodate subject to rental departure by another guest. Unauthorized late returns may be charged 50% of the nightly fee and will be charged an additional night if not returned by 5 pm.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the rental trailer or motor homes.

Pets are NOT allowed in the rental units unless approved. A pet deposit or cleaning fee may be required to be paid at departure.

Access to the vehicle’s roof is forbidden. Customers are responsible for any roof damage.

Our rental vehicles are NOT allowed in Mexico.

Each renter will receive their rental full of fuel, propane and a sanitation starter kit (chemicals and RV toilet paper). The rental must be returned in the same clean and tidy condition or additional cleaning fees may be charged.
